ORDERS & SHIPPING
Customers can place orders for our cake and bakery supplies through our website. We offer a wide range of products, and customers can browse our online store to find the items they need. Our website provides detailed descriptions and images of our products, and we encourage customers to read this information carefully before making a purchase.
We accept payments through a variety of secure online payment methods, including credit cards, MMG, PayPal and cash on delivery. Only cash is accepted in store.
We offer shipping to customers within Georgetown and the greater Georgetown area. Customers who live outside this area can pick up their purchases in-store located on the second floor City Mall, Regent and Camp Street, Georgetown, or they can call our store number 6850968 to make alternative arrangements.
We strive to ship all orders within 48 hours of receipt, but please note that shipping times may vary based on the availability of products and the shipping location. Customers will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once their order has been shipped.
Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight and destination of the order. For deliveries within Georgetown and the greater Georgetown area, the shipping cost will be included in the total cost of the order. For pick-up orders, there will be no shipping cost.
All sales are final, and returns will only be applicable where there is a product defect. Customers must contact us within 7 days of receiving their order to initiate a return for a defective product. Returns must be in the original packaging and in the same condition as when they were received. Customers will be responsible for the cost of return shipping.
