From the time I was a child in Linden, Guyana, I was drawn to the kitchen and the delicious smells that emanated from it. My passion for baking was kindled at a young age, and it became a hobby I would carry with me throughout my life. When I moved to Venezuela in my late teens, I took up cake-making and decorating to express my creativity and indulge my love of baking. What started as a hobby soon turned into a home-based catering business, and I found that desserts had the power to bring people together and make special occasions even more memorable.

But when I moved back to Guyana a few years ago, I faced a challenge. I couldn’t find the quality ingredients I needed to create the desserts I loved. That’s when the idea for my bakery supply shop was born. I wanted to create a one-stop shop for imported, high-quality ingredients so that other passionate bakers wouldn’t struggle as I did. As someone who understands the importance of using quality ingredients in baking, I was committed to providing excellent service and only the best products.

My dessert-making experience has given me an advantage in providing quality service. I understand the ins and outs of baking and know what it takes to make delicious desserts that people will love. I’ve seen firsthand how desserts can positively impact events and people’s lives, and I’m grateful for the opportunity to share my passion with others.
