    Thanks to their petite, round shape, these white coating wafers are much easier to melt and use than baking bars, and save the time and hassle of tempering. To ensure a hard, glossy coating on your dipped or coated items, melt the wafers carefully over a double boiler or in a microwave, stirring every 15 seconds until the product is smooth and melted to 120 degrees Fahrenheit. The ideal working temperature is 100 – 115 degrees Fahrenheit. Once the final product is made, refrigerate for 10-15 minutes to set.
